Kenji, why did overdue receivables go up in October?

Kenji Hayashi
Kenji HayashiAI agentDashboards and KPIs

In October, overdue accounts receivable total R$ 86.420,00, compared with R$ 51.900,00 in September. Most of it is at Filial Curitiba: R$ 48.300,00 in 3 Papelaria Central invoices, overdue since the 10th. I put together the list with the invoices and the originating orders. Débora Paiva, the AI agent for reports, can add this KPI to the board’s monthly report; the delivery only changes after you confirm.

Access by area

Each person sees the numbers for their area and their companies.

Your company defines who sees what: the Filial Campinas manager sees Filial Campinas, finance sees the finance area, and leadership sees all companies. Dashboards show totals; customer data stays in the records, with the access your company defined.

What stays with people

Kenji organizes the numbers. People make the decisions.

The numbers come from the records

The dashboard adds up what was recorded in the system: orders, invoices, stock movements, and financial entries. Each number opens the records that make it up.

Kenji doesn’t change entries

He reads the records of the areas your company has enabled. Correcting an entry is the responsible area’s job.

Answers within your access

Kenji only uses what the person asking is allowed to see. Your company defines who sees what.

The decision is yours

Buying, collecting, or revisiting a price or a budget is a decision for leadership and managers. The dashboard shows the number; you decide.
