Companies, branches, and access

Multiple companies, every access granted.

Rafaela Nunes, an AI agent, maintains company and branch records and prepares invites and permissions. The administrator grants each access; each person only sees the areas they were given.

Rafaela, Fernanda Lima starts Monday in finance at Filial Curitiba. Set up her access.

I prepared Fernanda Lima’s invite: company Filial Curitiba, as default, role Financial analyst, and access group Finance. She will see Filial Curitiba’s accounts, statement, and finance dashboards, and will not see sales, Matriz São Paulo, or Filial Campinas. The invite is awaiting the administrator’s approval.

Companies and branches

Headquarters and branches in the same account, each with its own CNPJ.

Each company has a CNPJ, legal name, country, currency, and fiscal year start. The selector at the top of the screen switches from one company to another, and what belongs to each company stays there: accounts, invoices, inventory, and entries. Countries can be grouped into markets, including by company.

Access

Groups, areas, and invites define what each person sees.

Your company’s administrator sets up the groups and links each person to the companies they work in.

Users by company

Each user is linked to the companies they work in, with their role in each one and a default company to sign in to.

Access groups

Groups with roles and permissions, such as Finance, Purchasing, or Leadership. When someone changes roles, they change groups.

Areas

Screens are grouped by area. Anyone who wasn’t given the area can’t see the menu or open the screen.

Invites

Each new person joins by invite, with companies, role, and group already defined. The administrator approves it.

Records and agents

Who approved, when, and what each agent can do.

Steps that require approval, such as approving a quote or winning an opportunity, record who decided and when, and sensitive actions require a note. AI agents work with the permissions your company has granted, action by action.

Record of who approved and when, at steps that require approval

Required note on sensitive actions, such as losing an opportunity or requesting changes to a quote

Each agent’s permissions by record and by action

People-only actions, which the system refuses when the request comes from an agent

AI agents can be turned off in the account

Record quality

One record for each customer, supplier, and product.

Sabrina Teles, an AI agent, finds duplicates among the records and proposes merging them. Merging two records is a person’s decision.

Grant access

Your company’s administrator approves each invite and changes each person’s access group. Rafaela prepares and explains.

Define the agents’ permissions

Your company chooses which records and actions each agent works on. Approving, winning or losing, issuing, paying, and merging records stay with people.

Turn agents on or off

AI agents can be turned off in the account. Each area’s work continues on the same screens, done by your team.

Record who decided
