Finance and accounting
Bills posted and statement checked.
Renato Siqueira, an AI agent, organizes accounts payable and receivable and the cash flow. Simone Araújo and César Moura, also AI agents, reconcile the statements and prepare the month-end close for the accountant. Every payment waits for approval from the finance team.

You approve. Renato prepares the accounts.
Renato Siqueira handles the day-to-day of accounts payable and receivable and the cash flow. Simone Araújo reconciles the statements, and César Moura classifies the entries and runs the closing checklist. Approving a payment is an action for people only: the system does not accept an approval coming from an agent.

Renato, show me this week’s payments and the cash position for the next 7 days at Matriz São Paulo.

This week, 12 bills are due, R$ 126.750,00 in total, including the R$ 9.230,00 installment for Metalúrgica Serra Azul. Over the next 7 days, R$ 184.200,00 in receivables comes in, and the projected balance is R$ 312.380,00. The payment list awaits your approval.

The invoice arrives
A supplier or customer invoice, linked to the purchase or sales order. Renato records the payable or receivable with its due date and amount, and César classifies the entry by chart of accounts and cost center.
Renato · recordsThe account is checked
The person responsible for finance reviews the bill and approves the entry. The agreed payment terms define the installments and due dates.
Finance · reviewsThe payment is approved
Renato builds the payment list by due date and by bank account. Each payment only goes out with approval from the person responsible for finance.
Finance · approvesThe statement confirms
The payment made or received, by Pix, boleto (bank slip), or bank transfer, shows up on the statement. Simone matches the statement line with the entry; anything left unmatched goes to review.
Simone · reconcilesCash and banks
Ledger balance, statement balance, and the difference on the same screen.
Each bank account has its own statement and reconciliation sessions. Simone Araújo, an AI agent, imports the statement in OFX, CSV, or XML, matches each line with the entries, and delivers the reconciliation report. She flags what doesn’t match; the reviewer decides how to correct it, by adjustment or by reversal.

Reconciliation report for each account
Nothing is adjusted by assumption: corrections are made by a person
Chart of accounts
Accounts in levels, with debit or credit nature, those that accept entries, and those reconciled with the bank.
Entry classification
César classifies entries by account, cost center, and type, following set patterns and in batches.
Reversal
Corrections are made by reversal: a new entry that points to the original. Both stay in the ledger, side by side.
Entries with their source
Each entry has a debit and a credit and keeps the source document: the invoice, payment, or receipt that generated it.
Planned vs. actual
Revenue, expense, cash, and investment budgets, with planned, actual, and variance for each line.
Closing with the accountant
César runs the month’s closing checklist: pre-close, provisions, validation, and reports, and prepares the final close with the audit trail. He also exports the entries to the accountant’s system. The period is closed by a person on your team, and the accountant reviews it.
Currencies and periods
Multiple currencies, exchange rates, and fiscal periods with status.
Kinsu ERP works with multiple currencies and with the exchange rates registered in the system. Fiscal years and periods have a status, and each payment is allocated to the invoices it settles.
Multiple currencies in the same account
Spot, average, closing, and budget exchange rates
Fiscal years and periods that are open, closed, or locked
Payments allocated to invoices
Approve payments
Each payment awaits approval from the person responsible for finance. Approving is an action only people take, and the system records who approved and when.
Resolve what doesn’t match
Simone flags the discrepancy between the statement and the entries. The reviewer decides how to correct it, by adjustment or by reversal.
Close the period
César prepares the final close with the audit trail. The period is closed by a person on your team; your accountant checks it and is responsible for the bookkeeping and the financial statements.
Define what the agents do
The administrator chooses which records and actions Renato, Simone, and César work on. When one of them asks for confirmation in the chat, a card appears to approve or decline.
