1. Who operates the site

The Kinsu ERP site is operated, on an interim basis, by KCorp Group, Inc.

2. Product information

The pages describe the modules and functions of Kinsu ERP in general terms. They are not a binding offer: available modules, scope, terms, implementation, data import, support, and pricing are defined in the written proposal and contract with each customer.

3. Demo requests

Submitting the demo form does not create a contract or any obligation for either party.

4. AI agents and decisions

Kinsu ERP includes AI agents that prepare records, documents, and replies within the permissions each customer company defines. The names and faces of the agents shown on the site are illustrative personas. Approving, paying, issuing tax documents, and closing sales are decisions made by people at the customer company.

Kinsu ERP is a management system. It does not replace your company’s accountant or its tax, legal, or labor advisors, who are responsible for the technical decisions in each area.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to access restricted areas, not to interfere with its operation, and not to submit false content or third-party content without authorization.

6. Intellectual property

The text, name, symbol, logo, images, and other elements of the site belong to KCorp or its licensors. They may not be reproduced without authorization, except within the limits of the law.

7. Examples

The sample records, conversations, and companies on the site, such as “Distribuidora Aurora” or “Matriz São Paulo”, are fictitious and use illustrative values. When the site cites market figures, the source appears next to each one; these figures are for information only and may be updated by the sources themselves.

8. Links

The site may contain links to third-party sites, which have their own terms and policies.

9. Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, KCorp is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site or from its unavailability.

10. Privacy

The processing of personal data follows our privacy policy.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last update.
