About

Why decisions stay with people.

Kinsu ERP puts the people in each area in front and the system behind, at their service. AI agents prepare the work; the person responsible for the area decides. The product is built in that order.

Colleagues from different areas talk around a meeting table, with notebooks and coffee cups

Principles

An order of things, not a promise.

What guides every product decision and every sentence on this site.

The decision belongs to the person responsible for the area.

Approving, issuing, and paying are people’s actions. The system organizes, records who decided, and refuses what your company’s rules don’t allow.

We say what the system does.

We describe the product’s functions without promising results. Examples use illustrative values, and the scope of each contract is set out in the written proposal.

All areas start from the same data.

Sales, purchasing, inventory, and finance use the same customer, supplier, and product records, and each decision is recorded for the next area.

The name

Kinsu ERP: the name and the symbol.

Kinsu is the product name. ERP says what it is: your company’s management system. The symbol is a single continuous ribbon that curves back toward the center, as if bringing the company’s areas closer together. Kinsu ERP is developed by KCorp, an American company.
