AI-native ERP
The whole company in one system, AI-native from day one.
Sales, marketing, purchasing, inventory, projects, finance, tax, HR, meetings, and documents in the same system, for one company or a group with branches. AI agents, built into the system from the start, prepare the work in each area; the people responsible for it review and decide.

The context
An ERP depends on the people who work in it.
In surveys, ERP stumbles come from underprepared people and from areas working in parallel systems. And few buyers let a machine decide on its own.
46%
of the companies surveyed cite underprepared key users among the main obstacles to the quality of ERP implementation.
43%
point to the high volume of satellite systems connected to the ERP as one of the main pain points in using the system.
2%
of B2B software buyers would let an AI agent make purchases without prior approval. Within approved limits, it’s 9%.
That’s why Kinsu brings the areas together in one system and leaves each decision with a person.
Losing today’s data
Data import is done with our team and assessed case by case, starting from the system you use today. What comes in and how your team reviews it are agreed in advance, in writing.
The team not adapting
Each person sees only the areas they work in on the menu, with screens in Portuguese and the same way to approve across all modules. Training is part of getting started.
The system deciding for you
The AI agents prepare quotes, orders, and entries. Approving, issuing, paying, publishing, and closing a sale remain with the person responsible for the area, and every approval is logged with the name of the person who made the decision.
Sales
From first contact to order: prospecting, pipeline and quotes, customer service on WhatsApp and the website chat, and the company’s website and store.

Your team of AI agents
33 agents across six fronts.
Each AI agent handles one part of the work and uses the same screens and rules as your team, with the permissions your company has granted. Quotes, orders, entries, and invoices only take effect with confirmation from the person responsible for the area, and anything that goes public passes through a person first.
Papelaria Central asked for a new due date on the boleto for Order 0398. What did you reply?

I replied that the request for a new date was recorded and that finance will get back to them by 16:00. I opened Ticket 0191 with medium priority, passed it to Marta in finance, and left the conversation on the Papelaria Central record. I didn’t offer a date or a discount.

Meet the agentsWaitlist and demo
When there is a spot in the beta for your company, we show the modules that matter to it with sample data and answer the questions of the people who will use it.
Companies and access
We set up the companies and branches, the access groups, and each person’s areas. Your company’s administrator approves each invite.
Data import
Records and balances from your current system can come over with our team, in an import assessed case by case. Your team reviews what came in.
Training and kickoff
We train the people responsible for each area and turn on the AI agents your company chooses, each with its own permissions.
Tax and tax reform
Invoices and SPED with IBS and CBS fields.
Tatiana Brandão, an AI agent, builds the NF-e, NFC-e, or NFS-e for each billed order, already with the IBS and CBS fields for the transition, and organizes the period’s SPED files. A person on your team issues it, and the tax classification of each product is defined with your accountant.

Some actions belong to people only.
Approving a quote, winning or losing a sale, issuing an invoice, and paying are actions marked as people-only: if the request comes from an agent, the system rejects it. Publishing also belongs to a person: the agent leaves it as a draft or in review.
A sensitive action requires a note.
Losing a sale, disqualifying a lead, reopening a deal, or requesting changes to a quote requires a note from whoever decided.
Who decided is on record.
Each approval keeps who approved and when on the record itself.
Each agent has its own permissions.
Your company defines what each agent can see and do. When an agent needs confirmation, an approve-or-decline card appears in the chat, and agents can be turned off in your account.

Multiple companies in the same account
Headquarters and branches, each with CNPJ, legal name, and fiscal year start, and a selector at the top of the screen to switch between them.
Each person in their own companies
Each user is linked to the companies they work in, with their role and a default company to sign in to.
Access areas
Each person only sees in the menu, and only opens, the screens for the areas they were given, such as sales, inventory, or finance.
