The module’s agent
You approve deadlines and hours. Eduardo maintains the schedule.
Eduardo Faria tracks each project’s tasks on the Gantt chart, with the dependencies between them, and shows the effect of a delay on the rest of the schedule. He adds the tasks that come out of meeting minutes to the project, gathers the week’s time entries, and alerts you when a project is at risk. The new date, the scope, and the approved hours are up to the project manager.

Eduardo, how is the new Curitiba distribution center going?

The shelving delivery is 3 business days late. It is on the critical path: assembly and the stock move depend on it, and the delivery date moves from 27/11 to 02/12. As a result, the project goes from on track to at risk. I prepared a proposed new date with the 4 affected tasks. The delivery date only changes when you approve.

Delivery
Four dependency types
Finish-to-start, start-to-start, finish-to-finish, and start-to-finish (FS, SS, FF, and SF), as in MS Project.
Lag in business days
A task can start 2 business days after the previous one ends, not counting the weekend.
Automatic scheduling
When a task’s date changes, the tasks that depend on it are recalculated.
Critical path
The Gantt chart highlights the tasks that, if delayed, delay the project’s delivery.
Summary rows
Phases group tasks and show the start, end, and progress of the group.
Drag and “Unscheduled”
Drag a bar to reschedule. Tasks without a date stay in the Unscheduled panel until someone schedules them.
Meeting tasks
Igor Valente, the meetings AI agent, writes the minutes and the tasks in the project. Eduardo assigns each one to its owner.

Increasing the hour or cost budget and changing the scope are decisions for the person responsible for the project.
Agent permissions
The administrator defines which records and actions Eduardo works on and can turn off the account’s agents.
