You turn on delivery. Débora prepares each report.
Débora Paiva prepares the daily finance report, the monthly report, and the closing report, with the records from the areas enabled for her. In the monthly report, she writes what changed behind each variance. Turning on scheduled delivery is an action for a person on your team.

Débora, prepare the October report and explain why overdue receivables went up.

Done, compared with September. Overdue accounts receivable rose from R$ 51.900,00 to R$ 86.420,00, almost all of it in 3 Papelaria Central invoices at Filial Curitiba. I wrote the explanation in the report; delivery is still turned off.

Closing and audit
The month-end close, with the trail of who did what.
The closing and audit report shows the period’s numbers and the trail of who posted, approved, or reversed entries, and when. Every number opens its entries. The closing checklist is handled by César Moura, the accounting AI agent; a person on the team closes the period, and the accountant reviews it.
