Presentations

Presentations with your brand and your numbers.

Narrative, script, slides, and charts in the same system as your numbers. André Lobato, an AI agent, builds each presentation with the company’s brand kit; what goes to the customer passes through a person first.

You check what goes to the customer. André builds the presentation.

André Lobato writes the narrative and the script, with the speaker notes, builds the slides with the company’s theme and brand kit, and makes the charts with the numbers from the ERP itself. Before delivering, he reviews each rendered slide. What goes to the customer passes through a person on your team.

André, prepare the packaging line presentation for Distribuidora Aurora, with their purchases this year.

I built 12 slides with the company’s theme and brand kit, with speaker notes on each one. The chart on slide 4 shows Aurora’s purchases by quarter, based on the sales orders in the ERP. I reviewed all 12 rendered slides. The presentation stays in review until you check it; after that, it can go attached to Quote 0412, which only goes to the customer with your approval.

Narrative and script

First the narrative. Then the slides.

André writes the narrative and the script before building the slides. The starting point can be a request in the chat or a quote, and each slide gets notes for whoever is presenting.

Slides and charts

Slides with your brand. Charts with the numbers from the ERP.

Theme and brand kit

The logo, colors, and fonts come from the brand kit. André reads the kit before building the slides.

Brand per company

In a group with several companies, each presentation goes out with the right company’s brand.

Numbers from the ERP

The charts use the system’s records, such as sales orders and entries.

Slide-by-slide review

Each slide is reviewed once rendered, just as it will appear on screen and in the PDF.

Delivery and versions

PDF, link, or presentation mode, with every version saved.

The checked presentation goes out as a PDF, via a public link created by a person on the team, or in presentation mode. The history keeps every version, and in a quote it goes as an attachment.

PDF and public link

The presentation goes out as a PDF. The public link is created by a person on the team, to send to whoever needs it.

Presentation mode

You present directly from Kinsu ERP, slide by slide.

Versions and copies

Each version stays in the history and can be restored. A finished presentation can be copied for the next one.

Presentation in the quote

Gustavo Pires, the sales AI agent, attaches the presentation to the quote. It only goes to the customer after the sales rep approves.

What stays with people

André builds. What goes to the customer passes through a person.

André works with the brand kit and with the data enabled for him. The decision to take the presentation to the customer belongs to a person.

Check before it goes to the customer

Each presentation stays in review until a person checks it. Only then does it go to the customer.

Approve the quote

The quote with the attached presentation only goes ahead after the sales rep approves. Approving is a person’s action: if the request comes from an agent, the system refuses it.

Look after the brand

The person responsible for marketing maintains each company’s brand kit. André uses the kit; he doesn’t change it.

Enable what André does

The administrator chooses the actions enabled for André and can turn off the account’s agents. The presentations stay with the team.
