Deadlines in view, hours approved.

Eduardo Faria, an AI agent, maintains the schedule, dependencies, and time entries, and alerts when a deadline is at risk. Dates, scope, and hours are the project manager’s decisions.

The module’s agent

You approve deadlines and hours. Eduardo maintains the schedule.

Eduardo Faria tracks each project’s tasks on the Gantt chart, with the dependencies between them, and shows the effect of a delay on the rest of the schedule. He adds the tasks that come out of meeting minutes to the project, gathers the week’s time entries, and alerts you when a project is at risk. The new date, the scope, and the approved hours are up to the project manager.

Eduardo, how is the new Curitiba distribution center going?

The shelving delivery is 3 business days late. It is on the critical path: assembly and the stock move depend on it, and the delivery date moves from 27/11 to 02/12. As a result, the project goes from on track to at risk. I prepared a proposed new date with the 4 affected tasks. The delivery date only changes when you approve.

The project

Health, budget, and customer on the project record.

Each project has a type, priority, customer and contract, hour and cost budgets, and a health status everyone understands: on track, at risk, or off track.

Tasks and schedule

Table, kanban, or Gantt, with MS Project-style dependencies.

The project’s Tasks tab opens in the Gantt view. The same tasks appear as a table or a kanban board, and each person works in the view they prefer.

Four dependency types

Finish-to-start, start-to-start, finish-to-finish, and start-to-finish (FS, SS, FF, and SF), as in MS Project.

Lag in business days

A task can start 2 business days after the previous one ends, not counting the weekend.

Automatic scheduling

When a task’s date changes, the tasks that depend on it are recalculated.

Critical path

The Gantt chart highlights the tasks that, if delayed, delay the project’s delivery.

Summary rows

Phases group tasks and show the start, end, and progress of the group.

Drag and “Unscheduled”

Drag a bar to reschedule. Tasks without a date stay in the Unscheduled panel until someone schedules them.

My tasks and hours

Each person sees their own tasks. The manager approves the hours.

In My tasks, each person sees what is theirs across all the companies they work in, without switching companies at the top of the screen.

Meeting tasks

Igor Valente, the meetings AI agent, writes the minutes and the tasks in the project. Eduardo assigns each one to its owner.

Approval

Eduardo gathers the week’s time entries and flags what goes over budget. The project manager approves, and the hours only count toward the project after that.

What stays with people

Eduardo prepares. People approve deadlines, scope, and hours.

Change the delivery date

Eduardo shows the effect of the delay and proposes the new date. In the chat, the proposal arrives as a card for the manager to approve or decline.

Approve the hours

Time entries go through approval. The project manager approves, and the system records who approved and when.

Change scope and budget

Increasing the hour or cost budget and changing the scope are decisions for the person responsible for the project.

Agent permissions

The administrator defines which records and actions Eduardo works on and can turn off the account’s agents.

Questions about projects.

No. When someone changes a task’s date, automatic scheduling recalculates the tasks that depend on it. Eduardo shows what that does to the delivery date and prepares the proposal; changing the delivery date or scope is the project manager’s decision.
Scheduling follows the same model: finish-to-start, start-to-start, finish-to-finish, and start-to-finish dependencies, lag in business days, automatic scheduling, critical path, and summary rows. All in the browser, linked to the customer, the contract, and the project’s hours.
Yes. The same tasks appear as a table, kanban, or Gantt. The project’s Tasks tab opens in Gantt, and each person can switch views.
Yes. My tasks shows the person’s tasks across all the companies they work in, in a single list.
Yes. Igor Valente, the meetings AI agent, writes the minutes and the tasks in the project, and Eduardo assigns each one to its owner. Each person sees theirs in My tasks.
Each time entry carries the hourly cost. Once the manager approves, the hours go into the project’s actuals, next to the hour and cost budgets.
It depends on the source system. Importing projects, tasks, and hours is done with our team and assessed case by case.
