Privacy policy

1. Who we are

Kinsu ERP is an AI-native business management system. The site and the handling of demo requests are operated, on an interim basis, by KCorp Group, Inc., which acts as the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers the personal data processed when you:

• visit the Kinsu ERP site;
• fill out the demo request form;
• write to us or talk with us about Kinsu ERP.

It does not cover the data a customer company processes within Kinsu ERP. That processing is governed by the contract with the customer, agreed in writing before any access.

3. Data we collect

In the demo request: your name, email, WhatsApp (if provided), company name, city and state, industry, number of employees, your role and, if you wish, the system you use today and a message.

When you write to us: your name, your contact details, and what you tell us.

When you visit the site: technical data, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, language, and the source of the visit (for example, UTM parameters from a campaign).

4. How we use the data

• to respond to your request and schedule the demo;
• to present Kinsu ERP and prepare a proposal, if you ask for one;
• to operate, protect, and improve the site, for example by showing the pages in your language and preventing abuse;
• to measure the site’s audience, when you consent;
• to comply with legal obligations and defend rights.

We do not sell personal data.

5. Legal bases

Where Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018) or another applicable law requires it, we rely on: preliminary procedures related to a contract, at your request, to handle the demo request and the proposal; legitimate interest, to operate and protect the site and respond to inquiries; consent, when we ask for it, for example for optional measurement cookies; and compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation.

6. Sharing

We share personal data only with service providers that help us operate the site and handle requests, such as cloud hosting, email delivery, and communication providers, which act on our instructions; with other KCorp companies, when necessary to provide shared services; with professional advisors bound by confidentiality; and with authorities, when required by law.

The site may load third-party resources, such as fonts and scripts from the platform that hosts it. These providers may receive technical data from your visit, such as your IP address, and some may set their own cookies.

7. International transfers

KCorp is headquartered in the United States, and we or our providers may process data outside Brazil. In such cases, we use the mechanisms provided for in Article 33 of the LGPD, such as contractual clauses.

8. How long we keep data

We keep demo request data while the sales conversation is active and for a limited period afterward, in case you contact us again; technical data, for a short time, to keep the site secure; and records required by law, for the legally required period. After that, the data is deleted or anonymized.

9. Security

We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, such as restricting access to the people who need it to respond to your request. No system is completely secure; if an incident occurs that may affect your data, we will notify you and the authorities when required by law.

10. Your rights

Under Article 18 of the LGPD, you may request:

• confirmation that we process your data, and access to it;
• correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
• anonymization, blocking, or deletion of data that is unnecessary, excessive, or processed in breach of the law;
• portability of the data to another provider;
• deletion of data processed based on your consent;
• information about whom we share the data with and about the possibility of not consenting;
• withdrawal of consent, at any time.

You may also object to processing based on legitimate interest and file a complaint with Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

11. Cookies

We use the cookies needed for the site to work, for example to remember your language. Optional measurement tools are only loaded after you consent, and you can withdraw consent at any time. The providers mentioned in section 6 may set their own cookies.

12. Minors

The site is intended for professionals and businesses and is not directed at people under 18.

13. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last update.
